Obuba makes every effort to get your product(s) to you as soon as possible. Items will ship within 3 business days by way of Fedex. Tracking information will be provided to you directly by Fedex. If you have any inquiries on the status of your product, please refer to your Fedex information or contact them directly at:

Exchange & Return Policy
If you decide not to keep your merchandise you can exchange or return it to us within SEVEN (7) days of the ship date for an exchange or refund less a $4.00 restocking fee. Restocking fee will not be assessed on products that are defective.
We strive to protect all mothers and babies. As such, items must be in unused and original condition with shrink wrap intact. Items that have been opened, or appear to have been opened and resealed are not accepted for return for any reason, regardless of said non-usage. This is due to potential contact with bodily fluids of Mother and/or baby.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. We apologize, but we cannot refund original shipping charges. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers when returning product, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Please allow 2 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
Obuba will not accept any exchange without a Return Authorization (RA) Number written clearly on the box. Please email returns@obuba.com or call us at 877-609-1572 for an RA number. Please have you order number available at this time for best service. If you would like to return merchandise purchased from Obuba.com, please follow these instructions:
- Place the items you wish to return in a box.
- You must include a copy of the original packing list.
- Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Contact us for the proper RA number

Obuba products purchased at a retail outlet can only be returned at that store. Obuba will not accept exchanges or refunds on items not purchased at Obuba.com, including independent sales representative’s sites. Where needed please refer to the exchange and return policy of the outlet in which you purchased your product.

Order Cancellation
It is our goal to process your order as fast as we possibly can. We are therefore unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed. We ask that once you receive any products you have purchased to please follow our Exchange & Return Policy.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Obuba.com order and associated freight charges if your shipping address is in Utah. We charge 6.6% sales tax to orders shipped to Utah.
